The inter-company nursery school I Vispi Sorrisi, active since 2011 at the IVS Group headquarters in Pedrengo, celebrates 15 years of activity this year. A project created to support the balance between work and family life, it has now become a point of reference for the local community and a virtuous example of corporate welfare.
Born from an idea by Adriana Cerea, the nursery was designed to offer concrete support to employees—particularly working mothers—by providing a dedicated space for children from 3 months to 3 years of age. IVS Group has continued to invest in the project, enabling the facility to grow and establish itself as an innovative reality.
Today, I Vispi Sorrisi can welcome up to 22 children, is also open to families from outside the company, and offers a high-quality educational program thanks to a team of professional educators supported by a pedagogist. This service represents a tangible commitment to people’s well-being and to the development of a work environment that is attentive to the needs of families.
An important milestone that confirms IVS Group’s vision and commitment to promoting an advanced, inclusive, and sustainable corporate welfare model.
