This is testified by the recent team building activity that involved our Administration, Finance and Control staff, in the exclusive setting of Borgo Machetto, in Desenzano del Garda.
On October 1st and 2nd, 2024, more than 50 AFC Corporate people immersed themselves in key topics to increase internal connection, including empathy, trust, communication and responsibility.
There were also insights into solutions to improve interactions and flows between our locations in Italy. Valuable tips to improve our daily offering to all our stakeholders took shape here.
