Management culture is something that too many companies underestimate. Even the best marketing strategy or internal process management cannot work without a management that knows how to create an appropriate implementation environment.

This is just one of the concepts that emerged during the managerial culture course that started in February, organised by Lody Srl, which took place at the NH Hotel in Orio al Serio (BG). Last 21 October, around 80 managers from the various IVS Group companies Group companies in Europe met on 21 October for a discussion on the main common themes in their daily tasks: feedback, conflict and meeting management, assertiveness meetings, assertiveness, macro analysis and reading behavioural styles.

To achieve an effective approach to each topic, the course combined moments of introspection surveys and exchanges of opinions. Thus, the best techniques for enhancing interactions between colleagues, with a clear benefit for each component of the company, for the pursuit of IVS Group’s mission and brand purpose.

Because any growth is only real if it affects everyone. And IVS Group knows this.
