As part of our ongoing commitment to social sustainability and the empowerment of people, we have embarked on a significant journey: obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification. This standard represents an important benchmark for promoting equity, inclusion, and the elimination of stereotypes and discrimination within organizations.
Our goal is clear: to build a corporate culture based on respect, equal opportunities, and the appreciation of individual skills — an environment where everyone feels recognized and free to express their potential.

Alongside the certification process, we have launched an internal communication program that includes the monthly sharing of themed messages dedicated to gender equality. Each message is designed to encourage reflection, raise awareness, and spread best practices in inclusive language and respectful behavior.
These contents, developed in collaboration with the marketing and communication team, will be visible in our corporate and digital spaces, helping to make equality a value that is lived every day.

To further support the initiative, a social media campaign is also being launched to share our values and commitment externally. Through dedicated posts, we aim to tell our story and engage the community in an open and constructive conversation. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

To crown this project, we have drafted the Inclusivity Manifesto, a document that gathers the guiding principles of our approach to inclusive language and respectful communication.
